actual over and above the total bill and pay the entire salary of the staff

Personnel
screening recruiting
We screen the person before appointment. The persons recruited by us are between age
group of 22 years to 50 years only.
We maintain a complete profile of all our staff
members which includes their native address photographs, finger prints are kept
on records for perusal. All our staff
members have to submit at least 2 references in case of emergencies.
The personnel after selection have to undergo a
fortnightly training by our Ex-services training officers and then inducted for
the duties.
Surprise
checks and night rounds.
Our filed officers / supervisors visit all the
sites twice in a day and twice in night shifts.
Replacement.
If our client whishes to replace any of the staff
for any valid reason at his site, the same is done within 24 hours of the
intimation received in verbal and written.
Uniform
Our housekeeper staff are proper uniform with shoes
& I.D. cards.
Seasonal
Wear
We provide rain coats & gumboots umbrella in
monsoon season & woolens in winter season.

Terms
& Conditions :
The number of person
can be reduced or increased after mutual discussion, during the contractual
period.
Bills
& Payments :
The monthly bills will be submitted as per rates
quoted, and they should be paid by you on our before the 5th of the
month, so as to enable us to disburse the payment to the security staff on the
7th of every month.
Termination
of Contract :
This contract when entered will be valid for a
period of ____ months only. We assure not to ask for any increase in the
mentioned rates during this period, both the parties reserved the rights to
terminate the contract by issuing one month’s prior notice.
We hereby assure to work hand in hand with the
managing committee of the your firm. All
our mutual suggestions should be to increase the security of the resident
members. Hence we expect co-operation
from all the members in implementing the policy decisions taken in the interest
of the firm.
